Latera was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Zelenograd near Moscow. Our company's purpose is to develop money-making software for the use of telecom providers.
Our main product is Hydra billing along with services for its implementation and support.

He came up with the name Hydra and founded Latera when he was 24. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering with honours and defended a candidate's thesis there. He is a specialist in applied mathematics.
He is married and has two daughters. He enjoys reading, traveling, and classical music. He knows everything there is to know about airplanes and can land a Boeing 737.
Vadim is one of Latera’s founders, an architect, and one of its first developers.
He graduated from MIET in 2003 and worked on the team that developed and implemented the ERP-system for Yukos to automate all the company’s core activities – the production, refining, and marketing of petroleum products. He developed and implemented information systems for the Taimyr Fuel Company (MMC "Norilsk Nickel").
He is a keen marketing enthusiast and owns a small telecommunications business.
His hobbies include going to the gym, swimming and diving.
An ideologist and an architect, Pavel is one of the company's four founding fathers.
He grew up in Togliatti and graduated from MIET as a software engineer.
He launched his first successful business project in the field of telecommunications when he was 23 as the supervisor of a telecom provider. Before this, he had been developing the AIS of the Yukos product distribution network.
Married. Interested in philosophy and psychology. Loves everything to do with water and ships.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry (VimpelCom, OJSC; MegaFon, OJSC). He worked as chief engineer for SvyazInTeh company holding and built channels and communications facilities in Russia and the CIS. He has the experience of previously managing a team of 2,500 people. He once held a position in technical consulting for Kyivstar, supervised the design and installation of unique mobile communications equipment in the Northwest deep level tunnel (Serebryaniy Bor tunnels) in Moscow, and founded Met Mat, CJSC, a supplier of rolled metal products and equipment for life support and communication systems.
His hobbies revolve around clockworks – he can distinguish a coaxial escapement from the anchor one just by hearing their sounds. He holds the second rank in shooting a large-caliber pistol. Single.
