Each user action in Hydra is logged. In case of a malfunction or something unplanned, you will see in the audit log who has made changes, when the changes were made, and which aspects have changed. The audit log allows restoring the deleted or mistakenly changed data.
The interface shows the history of important changes in customer data, equipment, and documents—everything on which the rating is based. At a low level, the audit is available for almost all parts of Hydra, so, when in trouble, ask for our support to help you find out what has happened.
