Search is a key function of an interface that saves employees time. Every time a customer contacts tech support, an operator needs to find his or her account. To check the data in documents, these documents need to be found in the billing system in the first place. Of course, Hydra has general search forms with flexible filters, but it’s too serious a tool for such a simple and recurring task.
Hydra searches everywhere: its full-text search indexes customers, their accounts, documents, equipment, comments, product catalog entries, extra parameters, addresses of all types—just type a request in the line for fast search.
Search results are sorted based on their relevance and grouped in categories.
